Chains SPARET - Troughing matress

The chain SPARET is a troughing mattress intended for all types of belt conveyors. It eliminates the risks associated with nip points, which are particularly dangerous at loading points. The SPARET with chains facilitates the correct positioning of the materials on the belt ensuring an excellent seal.

SPARGA – Auge de réception anti-fuite

Le SPARGA est une auge de réception anti-fuite qui élimine les stations de rouleaux, les auges métalliques et les systèmes de bavettes traditionnels au point de chargement des convoyeurs à bande. Il empêche les fuites de matériaux au point de chargement. Grâce à sa conception, plus besoin d’opérations de réglage fastidieuses et d’entretien coûteuses.

The SPARGA trough can be used for grain sizes up to 150 mm and head heights of less than 2 m.
SPARGA is available for belt widths from 500 to 1200 mm.
The transition and troughing area should be 1.5 to 2 times the width of the belt, depending on belt type and speed.

The SPARGAMAT is a receiving trough on shock-absorbing blocks which eliminates stations and rollers, ensuring excellent sealing of the loading point and increased life of the belt.

The belt is held between the guide rail and the sealing flap.

For cases where belt adjustment is difficult, e.g. for belts with two directions of travel, an AC self-centering model is available.
